Olympus EP1

I wanted to hate this camera. From the original concept I saw of it I wanted to hate it. The micro four thirds seemed like the twisted offspring of the already ill-fated four thirds system. Now I have to give credit where its due and I have to say this camera is brilliant during the daylight hours. It is comparable to the results you get off a D90. The image quality does start entering the crap zone after the sun sets or indoors. The lack of a internal flash is a deal breaker. The art filters are silly, but the high grain black and white was a fun thought for parties. The $799.99 price is a bit misleading as you get neither a viewfinder or flash and have to pay extra for either. I will wait for the Panasonic GF1.
